The Moselle St Project
It was a joy to do this job. It's apart of a bigger home remodel that is in the first faze. We replaced all of the second floor duct in the basement and ran new feeds to the upstairs and terminations in the ceiling. We replaced the old furnace and added AC. The existing hot water tank needed to be moved over and we added a new tank since the home will function as two separate apartments going forward.

This was a basic double furnace changeout. The homeowner was preparing to sell the property and needed to update the HVAC equipment. So out with the old, in with the new. A simple upgrade like this will add value to the home.
